General Booking Conditions
We recommend that you read and comply with the terms and conditions of rental carefully, as well as the terms
and conditions of booking and payment. Current terms of rental agreements between the owner regarding the apartment and the customer.
1.Arrivo, Departure, pick up the keys
Arrival: You must arrive on the appointed day between the hours of 13:00 and 20:00 in the
afternoon. All 'arrival in the accommodation must be shown to the owner or his representative for the
registration, passports or identity cards of all persons occupying the dwelling with its photocopy. In case of delay, the customer
must notify promptly.
Departure: The apartment must be vacated by 09:00 am the morning of. The owner or his representative will check the status of use and cleaning.
Pick up the keys: The keys will be made by the owner or his representative on arrival in the
accommodation of customers, the return of keys must be vacated by 09:00 on departure day.
2. Number of persons
The apartment rented may not be occupied by more persons than those specified in the booking confirmation. This number includes children, whatever their age.
3. Pricing and payment
The customer declares to have read and accepted the General Booking Conditions at the time of
payment. The cost of the lease must be paid under the terms set out below: Upon confirmation of the
customer pay a deposit equal to 30% of the booking. The
balance must be the day of his arrival at the apartment.
4. Deposit
Is there a deposit at the discretion of the lessor, to be delivered when the key is withdrawn, the amount is 100 euros. This deposit is considered as a guarantee that the apartment is returned in good condition. This deposit will apply returned upon departure provided the property is returned in good condition without damage.
5.Responsabilità reviews
The customer has the responsibility to treat the holiday home with respect, is liable for any
damage that he or any part of his group have caused (walls, floors etc.).. The customer is required to leave the house clean and tidy. The customer is required to wash dishes, empty the refrigerator and freezer to start and not
leave trash, dishes washed and the kitchen clean. The customer has the duty to ensure that neither he nor any person accompanying him to disturb the neighbors
house or the surrounding area.
